This Measuring System was made to perform wafer inspection and measurement. Using Franklin MCI’s Model #66MO motorized stage we added linear scales and a digital readout. We mounted the stage to our FM88 8-inch microscope stand and provided a custom vacuum chuck for holding the wafer. With this system you could rotate and inspect the wafer, revisit locations and do measurements by use of the linear scales and digital readout. Using Franklin MCI’s Precision Products we can build a wide variety of Custom Measurement Systems.
