| Franklin MCI designed and manufactured this system to our customers specifications. The granite was designed by Franklin MCI but purchased from a granite manufacturer. Franklin MCI manufactured complete enclosure and custom 26"x32" travel motorized stage. We also provided motorized z-motion stage for a 35 pound microscope. We delivered and assembled to our customer on site. This system was used in the flat panel industry. | ||
